With over a decade of experience steering iconic and emerging luxury brands, I founded BCVN to bridge the gap between creative vision and commercial excellence. My career has been built at the intersection of strategy, sales, and brand building for houses where heritage meets ambition.

I translate brand essence into actionable, scalable growth plans. My expertise is not theoretical; it's forged in the direct management of global P&Ls, the launch of new product categories, and the navigation of complex turnarounds and expansions. I have led teams and consulted for brands where there is no margin for error and the expectation is nothing less than exceptional.

Over the last 15 years my path has been both strategical and operational:

  • As Global Sales Director for Emilia Wickstead, I grew wholesale turnover fourfold, supported launching new categories like shoes, swimwear and homewear, and engineered exclusive, high-sell-through capsules with partners like Harrods and Net-a-Porter.
  • As Managing Director for Jan Taminiau, I architectured a 5-year business plan to relaunch the brand post-COVID, successfully pitching to investors and meeting strict EBITDA targets.
  • In roles at Diane Von Furstenberg and Versace, I implemented transformative commercial strategies during pivotal rebranding and global expansion phases, managing complex wholesale networks and key account relationships.

Today, at BCVN, I leverage this granular, hands-on experience to offer bespoke advisory. I work with a select portfolio of brands I deeply believe in — from fine jewelry and beauty to fashion and hospitality — guiding them through international market entry, operational optimization, and strategic partnerships.
